Camaro’s definition of the sports car isn’t just

about power – it embodies an all-encompassing

approach to performance. Power is complemented

by efficiency and authoritative control. The set-

up was refined by testing on one of the toughest

tracks in the world: the Nordschleife course at the

Nürburgring. The stable handling dynamics are

the product of StabiliTrak®, working in tandem

with traction control and ABS, with input provided

by microcomputers, accelerometers and stability

sensors. The StabiliTrak system on LS and LT

models features three modes, while SS models

add a fourth competitive mode for sanctioned

racing events – putting all that Nürburgring

experience to very good use.
