Customer Number

Please have your customer number available when calling.

If you are a rst time caller, once you have placed an order, you

will be assigned a customer number for future references. The

customer number helps us to identify you if there is more than one

customer with the same name. This will eliminate any confusion

and allow our personnel to access and process your order more

efciently.

Catalog Number

In order for us to serve you better, please supply us with the catalog

number on the front cover or at the top of the order forms in the

back of the catalog. This will enable us to send you an updated

catalog with your order.

Credit Card Payment Method

If you are planning to use a credit card for payment, please have

credit card type, number and expiration date ready when calling

so that your order is processed in a timely manner and will not

create any unnecessary delays.

Ordering Parts

Most all products listed in our catalog have part numbers. Please

have a list of these part numbers ready before calling to place

an order. Having these part numbers available will speed up the

ordering process. You can order over the phone with a credit card

or place prepaid orders by phone to insure accuracy. If you prefer,

you can mail or fax credit card & prepaid orders using order forms

in the back of the catalog. NC residents, add 7.75% sales tax.

Personal checks will be held 15 days to clear.

Prices

Every attempt is made to insure accuracy of prices at time of

catalog printing. However, all prices are subject to change without

notice. Before placing your order, if you would like, ask your sales

associate to call out current computer prices as you order each

item. Ask about volume discounts!

GM Parts

Please remember, all General Motors parts in our catalog end with

GM (309GM). Part numbers in any other format are reproduction

items.

Returns

You must call for a Return Authorization Number. Parts cannot

be used and must be in original packaging. Original packaging

cannot be marked on, so put in another box to mail or ship. We do

charge a restocking fee. No returns after one year.

Shortages

Please check your shipment against the invoice immediately and

area of the invoice above parts listings for back ordered parts.

Shortages must be reported within 15 days of invoice date

to insure credit.

Damages

In case of damaged or open package, insure that delivery person

notes this on delivery receipt. Contact the delivery company for

inspection and then notify us. We must be notied of damages

within ve days of receipt. Please do not refuse any delivery

without a written release by the driver.

Shipping

We offer shipping via FedEx, UPS and USPS. Freight charges are

based on actual weight plus any required special packaging. There

is an additional charge for oversize packages which ship at a 30

lb. weight regardless of actual weight or price. We do not have a

minimum order but do charge a minimum $6.50 shipping charge.

Truck Freight

Items too large for UPS will be shipped via common carrier.

This normally includes fenders, quarter panels and skins, hoods

and truck tailgates. We do require that these shipments go to a

business address or in care of the carriers freight terminal. NO

C.O.D.’s!!!!

Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico

These shipments must go via UPS 2nd Day Air and will have a

higher percentage freight charge than normal US shipments. NO

C.O.D.’s!!!!

Canada

Canadian orders must be prepaid with credit card or US Funds

Money Order. Appropriate export documents included with order

and you are responsible for any duties at time of delivery.

International

With rare exceptions, we must ship via UPS Air Freight which is

very expensive (some small items can be mailed). Orders must

be prepaid with credit card or US Funds Money Order. Appropriate

export documents included with order and you are responsible for

any duties at time of delivery.

APO/FPO

Must be shipped parcel post with maximum size of 72" length and

girth combined. Please do not send money until we can verify

our ability to ship the order and give you correct amount for order

including shipping.
