RETURN AUTHORIZATION
DO NOT SIGN BEFORE INSPECTION OF PARTS:
Classic Muscle makes every effort to insure your parts arrive in good condition. We ask that you please inspect the contents
for any damage. Please follow the procedures below in order for us to provide you with the appropriate action for your claim
and the fastest customer service. If you did not receive an invoice with your order, please call immediately so we can mail
you a copy.
DAMAGES UPS OR FEDEX:
If your package is lost or damaged in transit to you, or the container is broken open, please notify the carrier immediately
and le a damage claim. For UPS 1-800-742-5877; FedEx 1-800-463-3339 and give them the tracking number that is found
on the package address label. DO NOT return any damaged item(s) to Classic Muscle. Save all packaging materials and
the container in which your shipment arrived.
DAMAGES TRUCK FREIGHT:
Please check truck freight shipments for damage before signing the freight bill. The carrier may want to inspect the
contents and will assist you in starting a claim. If you would like any parts replaced while the claim is in process, please call
and reorder those items. Replacement parts will be billed to you and your account will be credited when the damage claim
is nalized. Damaged parts cannot be returned without a claim number. If a damaged part is returned without ling a claim,
the carrier will not be responsible and your loss will not be covered.
SHORTAGES:
Please inspect the package contents upon receipt. If any parts are missing, refer to the invoice to check for any back or-
dered items. If all items were shipped, please double check your package before calling to report a shortage. Once you have
determined that there are parts missing, call 1-800-722-4828 to report the shortage. You must report the shortage within 15
days of receipt of the package.
RETURNS:
Before returning any part, you must call 1-800-722-4828 for a “Return Authorization Number”. Any package returned without
a “Return Authorization Number” will be refused. All return items must be shipped pre-paid; NO COD shipments will be ac-
cepted. A copy of the invoice and the Request For “Return Authorization Number” Form below must accompany all returns.
A restocking fee will apply to any unwanted items returned. There are no returns on certain special order items. Classic
Muscle reserves the right to decline return of any item after 1 year from receipt. No refunds are given for shipping charges.
Items sent back for credit must be in the original package and in good condition with no markings on the outside.
